We do not hold gambling accounts. Here is what we do hold.

United Casino Lens is an independent comparison website. It does not create player accounts, process stakes, or store a betting history. This policy describes the small amount of information that can arise from using the site itself.

Who we are

What we collect

• If you accept the banner, a cookie named ucl_cookie so the banner stays hidden.
• If you email the desk, the address you send from and whatever you put in the message. We use that to reply. We do not need copies of identity documents and ask you not to send them.
• Ordinary server or CDN logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) may be created by the host that serves these files. We do not use them to personalise operator lists.

What we do not collect

We do not run a membership database. We do not see your casino balances. Clicks on operator buttons leave this site; those operators have their own privacy notices.

Sharing

We do not sell mailing lists. We will disclose information if the law requires it. Affiliate networks may record that a click left this site — that recording happens on their side, not in a profile we keep.

Retention and rights

The preference cookie lasts up to 12 months. Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the request. If you are in the UK you can ask what we hold about you by writing to the editorial address. For host logs, we can only act on what the hosting provider still retains.
